Biography

Jake Lenson and Mark Morris are both Royal College and Royal Academy of Music alumni where they were supported by MBF Music Education Awards, Edith Blythe Trust, Anne Driver Trust and Lawrence Atwell Charity. Having graduated from the Royal Academy with distinction this year they are emerging as an exciting new guitar duo performing around Britain.

They have been students of Michael Lewin, Timothy Walker, Carlos Bonell and Gary Ryan and are part of the ‘Live Music Now’ scheme and the Concordia Foundation.

Having given their debut performance of Rodrigo’s Concierto Madrigal with orchestra at St Martin in-the-Fields, and also featuring in the Chichester Festival this year, their future engagements include two appearances in the ILAMS "International Guitar Festival" at the Bolivar Hall.
